Is my journey booked when I complete the form?
No. a journey is booked only after written confirmation from Ridevia. Review your outline, then send it through WhatsApp. A booking is confirmed only when our team replies with written confirmation.
Can you accommodate luggage or accessibility needs?
Tell us what assistance you need and how many suitcases you have. We confirm a suitable vehicle before accepting the journey. Wheelchair-accessible vehicle availability must be checked with the team.
What about flight delays and waiting?
Provide your flight number for flight monitoring. Our current service information allows 45 minutes after airport landing, 30 minutes at cruise terminals and 10 minutes for local pickups. Additional waiting is £25 per hour. Your booking confirmation sets out the applicable arrangements.
Can I change or cancel a journey?
Contact Ridevia as soon as your plans change. Availability and charges depend on your journey and notice given; check the terms supplied with your confirmation.
